Onion Bloom/ Blossom

Ingredients

Onions – 3 large

All purpose Flour -3 cups

Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon

Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon

Milk 1 cup

Rice flour-1 teaspoon

Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon

Salt

Oil for deep frying

Method

Cut the top off the onion and remove the peel. Make vertical cuts through the onion stopping when you are close to the bottom as shown in the picture.

Now mix All purpose Flour, cumin powder, pepper powder, chilli powder, rice flour together . Take a portion of the mixture and add milk to make batter. The batter should be in ‘bajji’ consistency. Now dip the onion in the batter. Now sprinkle the mixture on top of it (the mixture without milk). Flip the onion over and take care to make sure flour gets in between each of the petals. Now heat oil in kadai and gently place the onions. Allow it to deep fry until the bubbles in the oil settles. Now take it and place it a tissue paper to drain the excess oil.

You can have it with curd as a dip.

Chilli Garlic Podi

Ingrediants :

Red chillies (long variety) – 9 nos.

Garlic – one whole

Coconut – 2-4 tblsp

Salt – As needed

Oil – For frying

Method :

Roast redchillies till deep red and cool down, peel the garlic pods. Dry roast the coconut if it is too tender (milky).

Grind first salt, coconut and red chillies to coarse powder.

Then add the garlic and use Juice/inch/pulse option in your mixer to just crush the garlic and blend well with the chilli.

Serve with idly or dosa with generous sesame oil.

Can keep in air tight container and store it for 2-3 days in refrigerator…

கையடக்க மொபைல் போனில் 2ஜி நெட்பேக் இருந்தால் போதும். கொட்டோ கொட்டென ‘செக்ஸ் ஸ்கேண்டல் வீடியோக்கள்’ கொட்டுகின்றன. தர்மபுரி மாவட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த ஒரு ஃபைனான்சியர், தன் செல்போனை சர்வீஸுக்குக் கொடுக்க, அவருடைய பலான பலான வீடியோக்கள் பரவி, இப்போது அவர் கம்பி எண்ணிக்கொண்டிருப்பது தெரியும். சிலவகை இணையதளங்கள், ‘மொபைல் ப்ளாட்ஃபார்மிலும் எளிதில் டவுன்லோடு செய்து பார்த்து ரசிக்கலாம்’ என்றெல்லாம் விளம்பரப்படுத்தி ஈர்க்கின்றன. இந்த ஸ்கேண்டல் வீடியோக்கள் எப்படி பல்கிப் பெருகி பார்வையாளர்களை வசீகரிக்கின்றன?
இந்த மாதிரியான வெப்சைட்டுகளுக்கான போர்ட்டல்கள் மற்றும் சர்வர்கள் பெரும்பாலும் இந்தியாவில் இருப்பதில்லை. வலைதளம் ஆரம்பிப்பதும் ஆபாச வீடியோ மற்றும் படங்கள் பதிவேற்றுவதும் இங்கு எளிதாக இருந்தாலும் யாராவது ரிப்போர்ட் செய்தால் சைபர் செல் அதை முடக்கிவிடும். பெரும்பாலும் கலாசாரத்தில் திளைத்த இந்தியர்களின் செக்ஸ் முறையைப் பார்ப்பதில் மேற்கத்திய வக்கிர மனோபாவம்கொண்டவர்கள் ஆர்வமாக இருப்பார்கள். அமெரிக்க மற்றும் ஐரோப்பிய நாடுகளில்தான் இதுபோன்ற தளங்களை உருவாக்கி காசு பார்க்கிறார்கள். விளையாட்டாக அந்தரங்கத் தருணத்தை தங்கள் செல்போனில் போட்டோ மற்றும் வீடியோவாக எடுத்து தனிமையில் ரசித்துப் பார்க்கும் நபர்கள்தான் இதில் அதிகம் பலியாகிறார்கள். மொபைல் மெமரி கார்டில் உள்ள வீடியோக்கள், படங்களை டெலிட் செய்துவிட்டாலும் அதற்காக இருக்கும் ‘ரெக்கவரி சாஃட்வேர்’ மூலம் டெலிட் செய்யப்பட்ட படங்களை தரவிறக்கம் செய்ய முடியும். இது எங்கோ ஒரு பெட்டிக்கடை சைஸில் இருக்கும் மொபைல் சர்வீஸ் சென்டரில் நிகழலாம். எனவே மெமரி கார்டு, மொபைல் போனை சுக்குநூறாக உடைத்துப் போட்டால் ஒழிய இது பரவுவதை தவிர்க்கவே முடியாது. அல்லது கையையும் காலையும் வைத்துக்கொண்டு சும்மா இருப்பது நல்லது.

ஒருவர் தன் மொபைலில் இருந்து ப்ளூ டூத் வாயிலாக செக்ஸ் தொடர்பான மெட்டீரியல் ஒன்றை மற்றொருவருக்கு அனுப்பும்போதே அது பரவுவதற்கான சாத்தியக்கூறுகள் 99 சதவிகிதம் உண்டு என்கிறது இணைய புள்ளிவிபரம்.
‘இண்டியன் கில்மா’ போன்ற ஒரு சில இணையதளங்கள் தங்களுக்கு மெயில் செய்து ‘இது என்னுடைய பெர்சனல் வீடியோ. தயவு செய்து எடுத்து விடுங்கள்’ என ரிப்போர்ட் செய்தால் உடனடியாக டெலிட் செய்துவிடுகின்றன. ஆனால், அந்தத் தளத்திலிருக்கும் சில வீடியோக்களை தங்கள் தளங்களுக்கு வேறு யாரேனும் தரவேற்றம் செய்து வைத்திருந்தால், அவ்வளவு எளிதில் அதை நீங்கள் அழிக்க முடியாது.
யூடியூப் போன்ற தளங்கள் தங்களுக்கென சில வரைமுறைகளை வைத்திருக்கின்றன. வயது வந்தவர்களுக்கான சில ஸ்கேண்டல் படங்களை மட்டுமே வைத்திருக்கின்றன. சம்பந்தப்பட்டவர்கள் முறையிட்டால் அதுவும் இருக்காது. எனவே இதுபோன்ற வீடியோக்களை விளையாட்டாக எடுப்பவர்கள் சின்னதாய் ஆறுதல்பட்டுக்கொள்ளலாம். ஆனால், இணையத்தில் பரவினால் அதோகதிதான். இன்றும் தினசரி 30 புது அப்பாவிகளின் வீடியோக்கள் நாள் ஒன்றுக்கு இந்தியத் தளங்களிலேயே பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்படுகின்றன என்பது கொடுமைதான்.

கருவில் இருக்கும் குழந்தைக்கு ஏற்பட்ட இ தய பாதிப்பினை சரி செய்ய அறுவை சிகிச்சை

கருவில் இருக்கும் குழந்தைக்கு ஏற்பட்ட இதய பாதிப்பினை சரி செய்ய அறுவை சிகிச்சை மேற்கொண்டு ஹைதராபாத் மருத்துவர்கள் சாதனை படைத்துள்ளனர்.
