Breakfast Guide – Why we should eat a nutritious breakfast in the morning. |

You may not be the only one, as many people, who know the benefits of eating a healthy meal, still leave the house in the morning without having consumed a filling or adequate breakfast.
Most people who skip breakfast or who eat an unhealthy one use either lack of time in the morning or weight watching as their excuse.
We will explain further on in the article that skipping breakfast in order to lose weight is a total misconception that holds absolutely no truth and in fact the opposite is true, in that skipping breakfast, in some cases, could cause you to become overweight.
What happens to our body first thing in the morning?
If you consider that when we wake up in the morning, for the majority of us, our body and brain have been without food for around 10 – 12 hours and for children it may be longer.
Our body is similar to a car in the fact that it needs fuel to run, and like a car, the better you look after your body, the longer and better it will run.
Our bodies must be fuelled several times each day so that we function efficiently and carry out our daily tasks as best we can. In the morning, after many hours without food, it is essential to refuel in order to provide the necessary nutrients and energy to get us through the first part of the day.
Why is it important to fuel our brain?It is from our brain that messages are sent to other parts of the body to get them moving and working well. If our brain is not fed, it will act in a slow and sluggish manner, which will impact greatly on the rest of our body. The brain requires glucose or blood sugar to provide it with energy to function, whilst the muscles of our body need glucose to activate them and get the body working physically. |

| To work and feel well, our blood sugar levels must be maintained at a certain level. After long periods without food, our blood sugar levels fall, causing tiredness and irritability amongst other symptoms that occur when you need food. | |

Stotras for mothers and would be mothers.
I would like to point out several stotras which would be useful to girls who want to be mothers and also mothers. This definitely does not mean that there are no other stotras which would help them. These are some of those which I have come across:-
1.Stotras to marry according to ones wish
Swayamvara parvathi manthra mala stotram is the prayer which was used by Goddess Parvathi to marry Lord shiva and this same prayer was used by Gopis to marry lord Krishna. You can find along with translation in

2.Stotras for married women to get children
1.Vamsa Vrudhi Karam durga Kavacham This is an extremely effective prayer to get children. You can find it along with translation which also contains instructions on how to use it in

3.Sashti devi storam. This prayer is extremely popular in the east of India. Sashti devi is Devayani , who was the wife of Lord Subrahmanya. She is believed to have six heads and rides on a cat. Please note that there are yanthras attached to these slokas. They should be drawn , worshiped and later worn by the individual.
3.Stotras to protect mothers during pregnancy and ensure a safe delivery
1. There is a temple in Thikarukavur near Tanjavur of Tamil Nadu. The presiding Goddess is Garbha Rakshambikai. If you pray her it it is believed that she would ensure safe delivery. There are two stotras about her , one written by Sage Sounaka(

2. Sloka number 29 of soundarya Lahari helps in avaiding abortion and ensuring safe delivery.
4. Prayer to ensure increase in intelligence of children
1. There is a prayer addressed to Lord subrahmanya to increase the intelligence of our children. This is called Pargana Vardhaka Karthikeyatotram . Devotees believe that it would improve even mentally retarded children. It can be found in

you must be thinking I am crazy . All these things have been told to all of you at least thousand times since your child hood. but when i started realizing about these things myself, I found thweit to be true.
In Hindu mythology lot of scriotures have been reiterating about the value of Karma i.e. deeds of a human being. At this present day world when we boast hings about high scientific achievements we understand the laws of gavity, Newton’s law, Albert Instiens Theory of Relativity, Charles Darwins’s theory of origin and all those things. I found the very same things explained in very simple form relating the things with our day to day life. The Devils and Demons in us and the Angels and the Saints within ourselves. when we allow the the negatives to take control of oursaelves we face immediate success but in the long run we are ruined. but if we are positive we suffer initially but overcome our failures to emerge as victors in life through perseverance.
If you agree then go ahead be positive and do not be afrid to take on the challenges and be a nice human being and make this world a beautiful place live and share with our future generations.
